>wait 2 weeks for a confirmation email with the tracking number, but I never get it
>email them politely asking about it
>they respond within a day saying "Hi, your order has shipped, but sometimes we get tracking numbers a little late. We'll send you the tracking number ASAP"
>say "okay" and thank them for the quick reply
>it's been 11 days, still nothing
