Muscle is difficult to gain especially for the majority of women. To be 200lbs at 5'3 and not be a fat ass, she'd have to be a heavy time weight lifter and look the part.

Most people don't work out regularly enough and tailor their diet enough to have that much muscle account for that much of their weight.

I've never had that happen to me before, it pissed me off quite a bit. I really wanted to call them out but felt like it would have been spergy to do so on a bus full of people at 8pm.
