This music video makes me sort of sad. It pretty much does everything right in terms of J-fashion portrayal (the bedroom at the start is lovely, and so is the overall aesthetic), but seeing the white girl makes me realize no 3D girl could ever really be as cute as a 2D/anime one, no matter how hard she tries. It's futile.
You have to have very small, cute features to begin with, and "cute" makeup/clothes can actually just make your more masculine, broad features stand out all the more. It makes me want to avoid pink/pastel stuff in general because I know I can never truly match up to the ideal.
At least the Japanese girl (Elleanor) looks cute.
