Get one of those sticky bras - they're re-usable bras that don't have backs or straps, essentially just the cups. They have thick sticky siliconne material on the inside.

Get one of those, then hand sew it in the inside of the white top.

but a lot of girls use them at cons and stuff theyre bras that just stick to the front of you and the sticky-ness lasts a long time
