/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

I'm planning on doing my first cosplay creation and chose Kamen Rider Sasword. It's a little complicated looking, but I'm foolhardy and have money to spare on more supplies and plenty of time if I fuck up.

The only think I'm having trouble with is how to do the eye visors. While I'd like to get those long oblong shapes under the eyes, I was going to use a mesh pattern for ease, unless someone has a template for those. What about the green plastic? Which plastic works best? If it's clear, what dye or vinyl wrap works well for this stuff? Thanks in advance.
