Its official, I am not a former Otakon staffer.

That old thread is not wrong, there are a lot of issues within the corporation.

But I will say this again, all this stuff is INVISIBLE to the members showing up to the convention. There are maybe 100 or so voting members, with maybe a couple dozen attending the meetings. On the other hand, there are about 850 staffers who show up, and do a heck of a job putting on a show. They don't care about the politics, they just do it.
