When also considering percentage body fat, please keep in mind you're a women. The medically accepted healthy minimum of percentage body fat is 8-10%. Men can achieve 2% but they don't have breast tissue or a uterus.

Also, something of interest. Having worked with a lot of women and seen a lot of women's bodies (I work at a health and fitness centre) I see a lot of women panic and start thinking they're fat over things that actually transcend all weights.

You know you you twist at the waist or bend slightly and there's a crease at your waistline? That happens to everyone, it doesn't mean you're obese.

The bust strap of your bra cutting in a little? Feel like there's a little shelf forming underneath it? Everyone gets that too.

Thigh gap? Well some people are born to it, some people have to work to keep it. Most people outside of the cosplay and Japanese obsessed culture don't actually care...
