Ouji seems to be seeing a resurgence, and I see a lot of people into jackets and waistcoats. I have definitely been seeing a lot of the more first-wave-trend people (that is to say, people who are usually on the cutting edge of things that later on become ubiquitous) wearing more "masculine" styled Lolita but still in sweet/feminine/pastel colors. The aristo/masculine styling is common in goth and slightly less common in classic but thus far not really seen in sweet - I'd like to see more pastel "princes"
