So gulls I have quite the dilemma unfolding. Working on this dress and when I started pinning the tiers together I realized the skirt looked hella short for dress, I wanted to make a high waisted dress and I'm 163 cm so I wanted to definitely have enough length to go to knees, but when I measured the skirt is only 51~ cm. I measured my other normal waisted skirts and they had a range of 55cm to 64cm, so now I'm worried I'm making this dress too short either way. My biggest problem to add another tier is the fact I ran out of lace A and I haven't found it anywhere (I bought it years ago), but I was able to find a similar lace and added it to the bottom tier which looks fine. But if I add that scalloped lace to a connecting tier do you guys think it'll look really stupid? Should I put the dress together with a normal waist then use an underskirt with the dress?
(Also at a crossroads of how to design the bodice hence the weird looking drawing)
