How about Revlon Color Stay Foundation in Ivory + MAC studio fix powder foundation in NW15?
Revlon Photoready in Vanilla was also recommended for really pale people and albinos. You could try your luck with those first.

PeriPera BB in Light is also good enough for pale people, then there's Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream in #13 Milky Beige which the lightest according to : http://snowwhiteandthepear.blogspot.fi/2013/02/pale-girl-friendly-bb-cream-swatches-on.html

The best option would be to check out more reviews by googling them and when you're confident enough then you can buy.
