I plan on making a BigBand cosplay, and I was looking for some suggestions on how to do the legs. I plan on making some sort of leg armor, but I have no prior experience in doing so, so I'm not quite sure how to go at it design wise. My main concerns are it it staying on my legs, and the ball-like knee-joint.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
