Actually no. I do get people unliking my page when I post though. Which I am 5000% ok with because I want people who actually like my stuff to follow me. I don't want the number "padding".

The reach greatly depends on what type of picture it is and what you say. Facebook will prevent posts that try to get people to click away from FB and as such using ker phrases like "click here!" Or "contest" causes the reach to be next to nil. Full body photos with face do best whereas photos of something lying out do worst.

I actually experiment a lot with post styles like this in an attempt to better advise others on their own audiences.
