I found some nice Hime Gyaru DIY tutorials for acessories and all. These are all pretty easy and basically just require you to know how to use a hot glue gun, and some creativity. It's mostly just ideas for decoration but I love what she did with the handbags!

Also, how do you do your nails? Do you get gel extensions done, and ask for a bunch of 3D stuff on them? Do you buy false nail sets on Etsy? Or do you DIY those plastic nail sets you can buy for cheap?
