I actually don't mind these colours together and think they could work. If she removed the chocolate colour and just kept the tan blue and white it would probably seem more cohesive. She obviously is committed to making a nice coord since it seems quite a bit of effort went into this one, so perhaps adding some blue details wouldn't go amiss.
