the sleeveless doesn't look good, you're right. try something with sleeves, even somethig with half-sleeves or soemthing. have you considered cosplaying a loli character? you've got a cute face and you'd suceed where many don't to look like a young child (no offense)
i'm attaching a picture of a character i'm cosplaying soon that might be better suited to you. if you're sick of getting commments about how super thin you are, hide it.
