Man I love the way you color and texturize it but the anatomy of it is just all over the place. I pointed out some of the things here like how the other forearm is streched too far to accommodate the wolf and how the legs are huuuuuuuuuge. I mean the torso is barely a fifth of her height. The wolfs front leg is also a little wonky as you'll see. Those were just the biggest things that stood out for me right away. Someone already mentioned hands but I think they're not the main issue - they're a bit simply drawn which fits the overall style anyways. Try constructing the drawings better to weed out the biggest disproportionalities and I know you can do better!
