Honestly I was expecting more troll answers but yeah, going to a con alone is probably very unique in how approachable you might be. I'm still going with my group but I'd love to try and find a bar or something and get chatting a bit. I don't doubt people are nice but I just don't know where likeminded people (in our situation) would meet. Not to sound above that shit but I'm also a bit worried about the con type because I've heard horror stories of people befriending some real crazies, and I've got enough mental people in my life lol. I know about the cgl meetups but ehhhhh. I feel like I wouldn't fit in.
