Atelier Pierrot Chess/Playing Cards Velveteen JSK $145. Navy x black with silver print. Fits me at 31.5" bust/25" waist, quarter shirring, max is 38"/29" but honestly, to get it zipped shut and be able to breathe 36"/28" is better. There are imperfections on the print which I think is a manufacturing thing, photos available if anyone is interested.
Atelier Boz navy Velveteen Roland coat - $195, women's size, fits me but wouldn't recommend over 33.5" bust 26" waist as it's pretty small.

They match really well, I would consider selling both together for a discounted price.
