I'm doing my second crossplay ever this summer, and I need some help with some of the clothes. Last one was Mina from pokemon, so just a baggy shirt and some ripped jeans, but I'm planning to go as pic related this time. I've found a good women's blazer for the top layer, but I'm basically clueless with terms for clothing so i need some help, so heres my dumbass questions.

1. Is there a better term than 'knee high skirt' to narrow down my searching?

2. What is that white undershirt called? Specifically with the neck area going over the blazer?

3. does anyone know what kind of wig would be good to use for the length? I always over/undershoot wig length.
