I recently came across this really neat cosplay of Princess Cotton Candy. What I like the most are her tights, as I'm a sock/tights aficionado.

I'm almost certain that she made them herself, (I've never seen tights exactly like this, and I've been looking for years) but I don't know how she did it. Her deviantart page hasn't been updated in a year too, so I can't ask her. Anyone know how you can make your own like this? They don't look stenciled.
