Got a friend who's looking to commission a Joseon mail shirt, pic related. It seems like most armorers work mainly in plate, while I haven't heard much about people commissioning mail--rather, the approach seems to be getting it off-the-shelf and adjusting it oneself.

Any suggestions on manufacturers who might be suited for this, and what sort of price range to expect? This would be shipping to the States, and said friend is prepared to pay for international.
