I guess this is sort of thread related.

Should I file a paypal claim to a possible storenvy scammer? I had bought a shirt from them in late august and I never received a shipping confirmation after waiting for 2 weeks. I sent them a message asking for it, but they sent me the following message: "I’m so sorry! I should be getting emails when an order is placed, and again when the payment goes through, but I didn't get the second one. Now that I know the money’s gone into PayPal, I’ll start working to ship it right away. I’m so, so sorry this took long at all, if you have any more questions or anything feel free to message me! I’ll message you when the shirt is shipped!" It's been a month since I bought the item and I still haven't received a shipping notification. I sent them yet another message last week asking for the item or a refund, but no answer. Somehow the owner's tumblr is pretty active, though. Did I get scammed? What should I do?
