i'm cosplaying a gijinka of sulley from monsters university and was wondering a permanent method for making polkadots on a blue wig? is there hair colour spray that stays in and doesn't rub off or leak from a wig? i don't want to attach fabric polkadots onto the wig because that seems cheap and lazy. i'd like to dye it somehow.
