Nah, they have a new formulation that contains biotin, the pictured one doesn't. But if you buy a separate biotin supplement I guess it'd be pretty much the same deal.

No problem. I pic related, it has collagen and biotin all in one ($10 at walmart for a 15 day supply) I take 3 pills twice daily on an empty stomach). Just double check you're getting the one that includes biotin.

I also take OLLY brand Vibrant Skin Plump gummies. They have sea buckthorn, marine collagen, and hyaluronic acid in them. Dosage is 2 a day but I only take one. I think a 50 count pack is $14 at Target or CVS but I couldn't find it at Walmart.

Been doing this for about 2 months and I've seen a noticeable difference in fine lines and a huge difference in depth of my nasolabial folds. It's crazy.
