Different anon. Slide it in from the top of your head, not the front or back.

You need to have hair in front of the headband so that you can frame your face, it makes a huge difference. If your hair actually gets in your way, pin them back discreetly with pins. The headbow is only decorative, don't use it to actually keep hair out of your face.
