Any good inspiration for blunter cuts for fine, fairly thin mid-length (about to armpit length) hair? I had it in a layered cut but it has grown out and looks a bit straggly, like pic related, but thinner/flatter. I need to be able to tie it up for work, but other than that any ideas would be welcome.
