/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

So I want to split a box and was going to ask here to see if anyone was interested in some of the characters still available. However, I've never set something like this up before and I'm pretty unfamiliar with box splits in general, so I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this before I start finalizing anything.

The box in question is for these new Persona 5 plushies. There are some people who are already interested in participating in this so currently Morgana, Ryuji, Yusuke, and Haru (x2) are available. Futaba and Makoto may also be available if some people from the other group bail on us but that's still to be determined. If I get enough interest to order a third box then Ren/Joker/Protag, Ann, and Goro may become available as well but I know a lot of people who want to jump on those three.

Originally I was just going to use Paypal's pool feature to get everyone's money together in one place (my placeholder price is 951JPY per character but I may have to increase that. I can't imagine the initial shipping to my house being cheap if the box is large), order the boxes through my proxy, then distribute the items once I got them but I was wondering if there was a better option available. Would it be best to open a little shop on, say, tictail and set a limit to the amount of pre-order stock available? Does anyone here have any advice for organizing something like this?
