Big breasted....hmmm I would say no.

The lolita silhouette is a young one and young women have smaller boobs.
When you start pairing up lace, frills, and large tatas it looks like ageplay even if you do coordinate right.
I don't know why girls fight it.

I'd steer anyone with boobs to classical if they must do loli. But some sort of borderline between aristo and classic is where their figure might look best.
