Yep, some people just have eye shapes that doesn't work with wings.

You can get scalp treatments prescribed by a doctor. Dandruff and dry scalp is very different, if you have a dry scalp then dandruff shampoo can make it worse.
Take some blood tests to see if you're lacking in some things, like iron of vitamin d. A lot of different things can affect your hair.

Here's a little idea of section widths and how it affects the bangs! I had really shitty glorified emo bangs for like 4 years, and I eventually had to grow them out and recut them. It sucked, but now they work so much better.
For reference, I have wavy and thickish hair, and my bangs are flat ironed with a slight curve on the end.
No one ever told me about this, so I had to figure it out myself, I hope this helps!
