It's me from >>9622208 and so far my order looks like this. It's been a few days (it's been like this since the 10th) and it's the order specifically with the powder pigment. Both packages arrived at separate warehouses like the other anon who posted here, so I'm guessing now I just keep waiting like someone suggested? The package that's available is the resin itself and a couple molds, the uv flashlight and the silicone mat. The grayed out package just contains one mold, the powder pigments and the bezels.
