Maybe a dumb question, but what's the general opinion of selling perlers? I've recently fallen in love with them and noticed some people at cons pricing them pretty high up depending on the size. Looking at how little it costs to make one, I couldn't really believe it. I've cross stitched all my life and it seems the process of counting squares/color is pretty much the same, so there's no way this is super time consuming either. I've thought about picking it up to sell them at cons, but I'm unsure.

How do people feel about pokemon/similar game related perlers? Is it "wrong" to use the in game sprites and sell them? I've seen people sell every form of pokemon sprite, balls, ect, but to me it sort of seems like art theft. Is it generally considered to be alright to do, or should someone selling perlers be making all their sprites from scratch?
