The amount of exercise you can make per week is proportional to your daily activity.
You can do just fine with one hour of exercise, five days a week.

This is half true. It's true that eating every 2-3 hours helps your metabolism, but it doesn't really help digestion, unless if by "digestion" they mean not taking massive ass tearing shits.
>7. Don't eat after 7 pm or right before bed.
Eating after 7 pm will make you store more fat. When you sleep your metabolism works differently, so if you eat right before bed you will gain more weight.
This is a myth.
Your body doesn't identify when's day and when's night. I don't know why this shit's still spread.

>9. The half bath will help you lose water weight. Sit in a tub of steaming(almost scalding) water up to about your hips for 20-30 minutes then take a cold shower, repeat this as often as you want to lose water weight, but be careful not to dehydrate yourself.
This is stupid. You're not looking to reduce the amount of water in your body, but the amount of fat.

Here's what you have to do to lose weight:
Calories in, calories out.
Count your calories.
Exercise.

That's it. The list is broscience and added common knowledge about nutrition like avoid junk food and eat more healthy food instead.
