Ok so I'm just starting to get into cosplay, I've been sewing for a while and now I want to try something new. I decided I want to make armor. So I have a few questions

How difficult will this be for a beginner? I have an unlimited budget and deadline, so that's not a problem. But would this be totally impossible?

Another, which material would work best? I was thinking of using only craft foam, but I think with all the curves, wonderflex might be better.
