You're lucky she has the bows on the end so that you can stuff/wire the pigtails.

Any one have any idea on Pino's pigtails? I want to make them look like they almost defy gravity (I know I won't achieve the look she has on hito's screen) but apart from wire and stuffing up until the hair decorations and hairspray after that so they don't immediately fall flat I'm lost.
