this is my first 11/11 and my first time ordering from taobao desu
should I contact the forwarder now or wait until the day? or should I have had contact with them already? I'm kinda lost.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but how would I go about finding someone to comission a cosplay from?

I really want to cosplay an alternate version of a character but the costume I have in mind is way beyond my skill level, so I was thinking of comissioning someone for it but I have no idea where to look or how to find someone who would be a good fit for my project.
