New thread.

Yesterday I derped and ordered a size 225 on this shoe, but my larger foot measures exactly 23.5 cm and I need a "size" 240 because I didn't know that Bodyline lists shoes by centimeter, not Japanese shoe size.

I asked for AIR shipping, so the tracking number doesn't work as of today. Is it safe to assume that the order hasn't been shipped, and to send an email asking for a change to size 240? How should I phrase it so Mr. Yan doesn't mis-interpret it or anything? Should I just redact the payment through my credit card (I didn't use a PayPal account) and re-order in the right size?

Sorry I'm noobish. I've never ordered from Bodyline before.
