I'm sorry, its just such a habit of mine that it comes so naturally that I'm not even aware I am using them most of the time! To me its like using a word or phrase for years really and then suddenly having to stop. Can't just switch them off that easily sorry

I am also always on different sites at the same time and on the avatar site and fb/twitter I am really still constantly using them so to type so much and then be focused on not typing them in one specific place is hard for me. But I'll really try!
