Well, I was thinking about getting some 1" pyramid studs for Paine's top but it's going to cost me $30 or so for enough of them and I'm having a hard time justifying that much for studs. Would 1/2" studs look alright? Or should I try to go with an alternative? If so what's the best way?

Alright so I'm having a hard time deciding what to make Paine's outfit out of. Leather/Pleather is the typical choice, but god I hate that stuff. Any other potential alternatives?
