seriously if you want to lose weight follow these easy steps. i used to be a fat fuck and i followed this system and it worked perfectly for me:

1. wait until you are on summer break or any sort of break that lets you take a month off of strenous work
2. anytime you feel like you are getting hungry, or feel like eating something, without even flinching stop what you are doing and chug exactly 1 entire bottle of water as fast as you possibly can.
3. the water fills your stomach and your hunger craving instantly goes away.
4. no matter what keep repeating this process, you will be going through a lot of water a day and peeing alot but you will not be hungry and your metabolism will fix itself after around 20-30 days. you will look very skinny and you will instantly rid yourself of your life long "fat problem". oh yeah you will be feeling very weak (not hungry, just weak) so every couple days have urself a thing of rice or one little tiny carb based meal so you can rebuild your energy for the next couple days.

this works because your body starts eating your fat. seriously after 20-30 days you will go from a fat fuck to literally skinny. I did this when i was in highschool during a summer break and everyone was amazed at how i went from being the fat kid all my life to slim and fit looking. I'm a boy btw, i don't know if this works for girls you guys might miss a period or not be able to have babies anymore or something.
