I did a 35% lactic acid peel on my shoulders/back to fade shitty old bacne scarring and immediately afterwards put a bandaid over an unrelated cut on my shoulder.

Took it off this morning and I now have a bandaid-shaped chunk of open flesh on my shoulder jesus fucking christ what have I DONE?

The weight thing has always felt weird to me. I'm 5'6", 145lb at any given time but do zero exercise and have a 25" waist. Now that I've started working out I don't bother weighing myself because I just can't work that shit out.
