Here's some places to try, the women's section at most stores that sell clothes, makeup stores, and skin-care stores. If you want a place that caters to crossdressing, you're probably SOL.

I've found this to work pretty well for me but I'm also fairly androgynous in the first place.

Generally, what you need is the deeper set eyes, a stronger brow, sharper cheekbone and jawline, and a more pronounced chin.Ig you follow the picture you should get just that, but as for actual contour technique and specific makeup, I can't help much because I'm still learning myself.

It looks like you rolled in dirt because you used a color that's too dark to contour, or you didn't blend enough. You really only need a couple shades darker than your skin tone.

You want to contour around your temples and brow bone especially to narrow the top part of your face -- this will help reduce the heart shape and make your face more of an even width from top to bottom. You'll also want to contour gently around your jaw and chin to sharpen the point of your jawbone and slightly reduce the prominence of your chin.

Would love to see photos when you're done! I rarely see Undyne armor. For a more tough look, maybe go for a brighter blue paint and contour your cheekbones, temples, and jawline, sort of similar to "male" contouring in this pic. Obviously Undyne isn't a man, but it'll give a tougher look, rather than a softer look. On top of that, try fangs! I hope your cosplay goes well, though!

i like your poncho thing. maybe go for light blue instead, but it looks cool as is, and the rest of the outfit looks nice too. your wig looks great color and lace front wise, but i would tease it more to add more volume. makeup wise, i would say dont be afraid to use more- rainbow quartz is super over the top and colorful, so using a lot of makeup isnt out of place. your face would look great with some feminine contouring (pic related) to soften your features and make them look better on camera. use eyeliner, mascara, false lashes, and contacts to add extra oomph to your eyes- adding falsies to the second set of eyes also helps them look more real. the false eyes look cool though- are they prosthetic? id rotate them a bit so that the outer corners aren't so downturned. other than some makeup stuff, it looks good!

You can re-contour your face with concealer. Broaden the apples of your cheeks, this will make your face seem rounder and more feminine only shadow the edge with only on shade darker because you're not a Queen. Brighten your eyes and draw attention to them with your shadows. Sculpt your chin by brightening it if it's angular, darkening if it's chubs.

Pic related is both male and female types and will help with the differences. Faces from that time were very different because of the patriarchal rules for having artists models through the church, I wasn't trying to offend you but if I did, I hope the advice helps anyway.

Dimples are caused by the muscular facial structure. The skin is being pulled between a gap in your facial muscles when they contract. Spend some time making faces in a mirror and smiling differently. The bigger the smile the bigger the dimples. A pleasant neutral might be your best since it bothers you, but dimples are super cute imo.
You can always have the gap filled... usually this takes surgery though.
