While we are on a various styles thread, anybody know the name of this very baggy, casual linen/natural style that is not natural-kei?

Or does anyone know if there is an official name for the laid back style often worn by the young 20-30 somethings of Kyoto? I've spent a lot of time there in the past 2 years and have some magazines but don't know if the style has a name. Thanks!
