I have a problem with a preorder and want to ask for some help;

At the start of March I preordered this cosplay via Superbuy https://detail.tmall.com/item.htm?id=561286093854
Off the top of my head, it was to be ready late April. I saw the the shop was from Tmall and therefore probably reliable. The seller delayed shipping several times, saying that it would be ready on some date - for example, Superbuy automatically asked for me in late April and was told it would be ready around the 5th of May. The last date that it was supposed to ship was the 3rd (2 days ago), but about a week ago the listing was taken down and is as you see it now. The listing had 17 reviews before it was taken down with people posting photos of their costume.

When Superbuy contacted them the other day on my behalf, they received no reply (pic related). What should I do? I don't need the costume urgently, but I have been waiting a while past when they said it would be delivered, and I do want it quite a bit. I don't mind waiting longer as long as I get it.

tl;dr: Cosplay order delayed several times past when it was supposed to be shipped. Listing taken down but is from a reputable store. Still want the costume, but not sure what to do.
