Has anyone ever been successful having fromjapan ship to a different address than the paypal one? I'm trying to work something out with their customer service, but the person I got is rude and unhelpful, and just blows me off every time I email back. I asked if I could be put in contact with a manager, I asked if I could send them the total amount of my order again (about 1300$), but with the correct address and they would refund it to the wrong address, I showed them that other people had their delivery address changed in the past, everything just gets blown off without explanation or even addressing it at all. Has anyone called them before?
