That's not always the case. I was France at Sakuracon earlier this year and I had a flag with me, and people still asked me who I was, especially photographers.

I also had a bunch of guys in military gear come up to me and start bitching about me being a dirty Russian and that my flag was wrong. They tried to cover their tracks after I told them I was France by saying what a bitch country France is anyway.

Hey, I'm from WA 360 as well!

I'm mostly into action, horror and fantasy. I don't watch anime or read much manga anymore on account of laziness and no cable/internet at home. I also have a lot of games but I just haven't gotten around to playing them ;A;

I've cosplayed a lot of things, the most recent being France from Hetalia. I've also cosplayed the Warden (Superjail), female Kamina (Gurren Lagann), and Boris (Usavich).

I've been spiraling into more complex cosplay ideas: like historical versions of Hetalia characters, Bobobo and Jojo characters, Altair, and Kazuma Torisuna from Scryed. But I also have my heart set on Heihachi Hayashida and Kotetsu from Tiger and Bunny. Too many costumes, not enough cons.
