Does anyone have an idea of how to make the handle of this weapon? First time making a prop and i'm not sure where to start with it. So far I only have a PVC pipe but that's about it.

hey /cgl/
I'm gonna attempt making this baby for my next cosplay and I was thinking of using PVC tube for the overall structure, with foam for more irregular shapes, fiber glass, boundo and shaping putty for the details on it. I have a pretty basic idea for the beam itself (led ladder & those blades that they sell on thecustomsabershop.com). I'm not a pro by all means (semi beginner) and I wanted to know if anybody who ever attempted at doing detailed blade or anything that involved fiberglass had some tips and pointers for my project.
