I'm a healthy weight but have a really big chest, so I've been trying to lose weight to shrink it down a few cms. I usually bind my chest for lolita so it looks more flattering on me. I was getting depressed since my weight on the scale went down but I haven't seen any visible differences on me, and almost gave up until today where I received one of my dream dresses as an early birthday gift and it fit me with room to spare to my shock without me having to bind, and prompted me to re-measure myself and find out my bust and waist both went down a couple cms!! a small thing but I'm geninuely overjoyed right now gulls, pic related
