...your eyes don't look hooded at all to me. perhaps it's the pic, but if you can see that much lid i wouldn't consider the eyes hooded at all.

also people with hooded eyes can wear eyeliner, i have no idea why you think they can't. did you have some problems trying it in the past?

i don't really like this look...you look like you have a bit of dirt on the corners of your eyes.
