Ladies, I need your advice.

I paid for a necklace (pic related) through a seller on here on 12/28. She said she'd email me back the shipping/tracking once she got confirmation of payment.
It's 1/10 and I haven't heard back from her. I emailed her yesterday asking for information and so far haven't received anything.

When should I file a dispute? If you're out there, you know who you are. All I want is the necklace; please message me back!

WTB so badly. I went through some trouble when it was released and regret not putting it on credit even. :c If anyone has it in lavender, I'm willing to pay retail+ as long as it's in good condition.
