To get the prescriptions, now, you have to schedule an actual appointment with the doctor. So you either have to commit months in advance before you know what your schedule will be, or you have to go without your meds for a week because the earliest they could get you in is May 6th, which is what just happened to me - and I called a week ago for that. Because its Spring, so all the kiddies are getting their mandatory physicals for soccer and shit.
